Station sequence
Pre-milling, rough trimming, corner rounding, drilling and bevel units add motors, controls and machine length. Buy the stations that remove a real production bottleneck.
EVA, dual pot or PUR
A standard EVA glue pot is the baseline. Dual pots make color or glue changes faster. PUR-oriented systems require additional equipment, handling and operator training.
Panel and edge range
Minimum panel size, panel thickness, tape thickness and feed speed determine whether a machine fits your product mix. Confirm these before comparing prices.
Electrical standard
Published models use 380 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase as standard. Alternative voltage and frequency should be written into the quotation and machine nameplate specification.
Tooling and options

Delivery term

Is pre-milling worth the additional cost?
Pre-milling is useful when saw-cut panels have chips, steps or inconsistent edges. It creates a cleaner reference edge before glue is applied. A shop already producing clean, calibrated panels may not need it on every line.
Does the machine price include shipping?
Only when the quotation states a delivered Incoterm such as CIF. An FOB quotation normally covers delivery to the named Chinese port, while ocean freight, destination charges, duty and inland delivery remain separate.
